OVERVIEW

Nicole is an associate of Maples and Calder's Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group's London office. Nicole practises Cayman Islands law, advising on the establishment, maintenance and restructuring of investment funds in the Cayman Islands. She also advises clients on the regulatory aspects of different types of Cayman Islands investment vehicles.

BACKGROUND

Nicole joined the Maples Group in 2022. She previously worked as an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and was a member of the firm's Finance Department. Prior to this, Nicole completed her training contract at Latham & Watkins and qualified as an English solicitor in 2018.
