OVERVIEW

Brittney is an associate of Maples and Calder's Corporate and Finance team in the Maples Group's British Virgin Islands office. She advises on a broad range of corporate and finance matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and restructurings as well as general corporate governance and debt financing matters.

BACKGROUND

Brittney joined the Maples Group in 2021. Prior to joining she practised at another leading international law firm in the British Virgin Islands and was also employed by the Virgin Islands International Tax Authority. Brittney is a Chevening Scholar.
