OVERVIEW

April has extensive experience in corporate secretarial and provides a full suite of corporate secretarial services to a broad range of Singapore incorporated entities.  She communicates directly with clients and advises them on Singapore company formations and all aspects of on-going statutory administration and annual compliances required under the Singapore Companies Act.

BACKGROUND

Previously, April worked in established law firms, bank and corporate consultancy companies in Singapore, advising clients on compliance requirements under the Singapore Companies Act.  Undertaking ad hoc projects such as attending board meetings of private limited companies and assisting with the corporate secretarial aspects of M&A transactions.
