OVERVIEW

Alex has oversight of our software development and business systems analyst teams with responsibility for  the development, implementation and support of cutting edge applications and integrated systems that are core to our value proposition to our clients.  Alex has extensive expertise in managing information technology, software development and product development teams in the financial services industry.  He has co-authored a paper on that topic that was published in the Collegium of Economic Analysis Annals from Warsaw School of Economics in 2016, Combining Qualitative and Quantitative Software Process Evaluation: A Proposed Approach. 

BACKGROUND

Previously, Alex was Director of technology information at Targray, a global leader in the trading and distribution of commodities.  Prior to this, he spent 14 years with the Montreal Exchange, a subsidiary of TMX Group and the Canadian leader in financial derivatives markets, clearing services and IT solutions. There he played a key role in the firm's strategic initiatives to enhance TMX's Technology footprint and client experience.
