OVERVIEW

Aine has over six years experience in the fund industry and has extensive knowledge of working on both AIF and UCITS Funds.

BACKGROUND

Previously, Aine worked for Irish Life Investment Managers (ILIM) as a Senior Fund Governance Technical Specialist.  She provided support to the business in the development and ongoing management of the funds dual authorised UCITS and AIF platforms to ensure the various regulated entities operated in compliance with all legal and regulatory compliance.  Prior to this, Aine worked for Bank of New York Mellon as a Depositary Administrator / Supervisor.  She was responsible for the funds compliance with the Central Bank of Ireland Regulations and fund specific mandate restrictions.  Throughout her career, Aine has gained exposure to regulatory reporting, monitoring of investment restrictions, coordination and preparation of compliance board reports, client on-boarding, and assisting in project work on new regulations being implemented.

Member of the Association of Compliance Officers in Ireland.
