OVERVIEW

Aicha is a paralegal of Maples and Calder's Corporate team in the Maples Group's Dubai office.  She has extensive experience in corporate administration for Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands entities including preparing and filing corporate documents with government agencies, interpreting various corporate resolutions, agreements and updating corporate records accordingly.  In addition, Aicha conducts due diligence with respect to new directors, shareholders and related third parties in liaison with the compliance department as well as maintaining internal databases and systems. 

BACKGROUND

Aicha joined the Maples Group in 2021 from another international law firm.  Prior to this, she also worked at Polarcus and Trident Trust.
