EETCs: A Viable Financing Option for US and Non-US Airlines Alike?

In this article, Wanda Ebanks, Shari McField and Mary O'Neill examine some of the key features underpinning the success and popularity of EETCs.  Considered in particular the applicability and attractiveness of these features to non-US investors and airlines and how the Cayman Islands and Irish structures are well placed to be utilised in these transactions.
