Low Code & RPA Support Analyst

Legal Support Services


The Low Code & RPA Support Analyst will assist with the design, creation and modification of automation processes, workflows and integrations to increase business efficiency.  Working  across IT and business departments the primary focus of the role will be to facilitate appropriate solutions being presented to meet business requirements for automation of processes and streamlining / minimising manual intervention in business processes.

Primary responsibility will be assisting with the development of low-code applications and RPA UIPath automation activities, either directly or by interfacing with both external (TEN10 & Mendix) development and internal/external support teams.

A secondary role will be supporting our workflow and Senior Business Process Analyst, to assist/conduct selective developments in Agilepoint and provide backup support to this function, and to ensure that they can replicate with supporting RPA and low-code applications over time

As a Low Code & RPA Support Analyst you will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand, analyse, refine and communicate business and technical requirements, so that the development team can build an effective solution.  You also will be responsible for ensuring process standards are applied on a consistent approach can be found through all supported automations and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the translation of business requirements for new and existing processes and workflows (RPA, Low-code, workflow, existing applications etc.), and the delivery of business change and process improvement
  • Responsible for analysing, documenting and supporting the delivery of clear functional/technical business requirements
  • Partner closely with business and technical stakeholders. Balances business requirements with technical feasibility and sustainability
  • Works within a larger program framework and ensures constant open communication with program peers (Project manager, other Business analysts, Architects, Engineers and Quality Assurance analysts)
  • Influences requirements and process to effectively utilise systems and applications without customization where appropriate
  • Works closely with the other members of the team to resolve issues and develop business/client friendly solutions 
  • Reports and escalates issues as required
  • Acts in accordance with legal, regulatory 


  • Bachelor’s Degree plus minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Business Systems Analyst, or other comparable role. 
  • Strong people and communication skills (written, verbal and presentations to groups). 
  • Demonstrates accountability and leads by example
  • Strong background of analysis across a number of business processes applications, data definitions, integrations, and varieties of infrastructure
  • Competent ability to deliver under pressure and respond to a changing environment
  • Has worked in and feels comfortable with international, virtual, multi-cultural, multi-disciplined, and high performance working teams
  • Experience reviewing and examining business processes and systems, modeling data, organising activities and executing
  • Demonstrates a high level of quality in work products, including diligence and detail oriented in analysis performed and precision in statements made
  • Demonstrates an understanding of data analysis concepts and experienced in ETL, SQL and other data extraction and transformation skills
  • Experience in reverse engineering business rules and data from  legacy applications is preferred
  • Experience with  Business Modelling software such as BMP and Visio is preferred
  • Experience with entity management and regulatory concepts is desired

Training Requirements

Training will be on going based on individual and the firm’s needs and changes to any relevant local laws ensuring compliance at all times.
