Position: Trust Administrative Assistant
Location: Hong Kong

About the Role
The Trust Administrative Assistant under the supervision of an Assistant Vice President will be responsible for the management and administration of a varied portfolio of trust structures.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • assist with the client onboarding and file opening process, maintaining accurate client records including file set-up, scanning and e-filing, maintaining and organising trust documents
  • work closely with a Trust Administrator to prepare marketing materials and to provide support on ad-hoc projects
  • handling daily administration work and ensuring compliance with company policy


What You Bring
In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:

  • A Degree holder with a minimum of2-3 years’ working experience in any professional or financial services industry disciplines
  • The successful candidate will show great interest in the trusts industry
  • Work on his/her own initiative, have excellent organisation and planning skills, be methodical, with strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver on tight timescales;
  • Excellent communication skills as well as both verbal and written English and Mandarin are required.
  • Extensive communications in Mandarin and simplified Chinese.PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
