About the Role
This role provides 1st and 2nd line technical support via phone and email as part of our larger international IT support team to our global staff. Key duties involve troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving standard desktop applications – MS Office 2016, Outlook, Citrix, Windows 10 and bespoke legal applications.
The Service Desk Analyst is the main point of contact for all IT related issues, with the focus on first contact resolution.
This is a demanding role that requires a solid understanding of the systems used in law firms, along with a dedication to customer service that meets our standards.
REQUIREMENTSA Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with at least 2 years' experience in a service desk role. Microsoft and ITIL certifications are desirable. Previous experience working in a law firm is advantageous. The candidate will be proactive and customer focused, with an aptitude for working with applications to undertake correct analysis, prioritisation and diagnosis, resulting in swift resolution. The candidate must be able to use initiative, be highly motivated and organised, with the ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines. He/she must also be prepared to work overtime at short notice and occasionally at weekends.
