Position: Assistant Vice President – US Entity Services

Location: Delaware, United States

About the Role
The ideal candidate, who will be working with both local and global teams, will contribute directly to delivering first class service to our clients who are leading international private equity groups.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Interacting with global team members as well as our clients and their counsel, and ensure that all entity management tasks are carried out in accordance with our service agreements and protocols. 
  • Coaching junior members of the team, to deal with client enquiries and service requests in a timely manner, processing incoming client correspondence, preparing and reviewing legal documents
  •  Maintaining, auditing and reporting on the corresponding data in an entity management database.

EXPERIENCE

What You Bring
In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:

  • The successful candidate will have a College Diploma or equivalent, and have at least 3 years’ relevant experience in a corporate, trust or legal environment.
  • An understanding of registered agent services and systems, knowledge of corporate governance, relevant local laws and regulatory requirements is preferred.
  • 1-3 years supervisory experience is preferred.
  • This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual with well-developed critical thinking skills and possesses the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ideal candidate will also have an innate desire to consistently strive for excellence, take pride in carrying out their responsibilities efficiently with impeccable execution, and proactively looks for opportunities to strategically refine systems and processes.
  • The individual must also be a self- starter who works well within a team, has a desire to support the professional growth of juniors on the team, is energized by a continuous learning environment and possesses an ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, along with the ability and commitment to learn new software platforms and skills will be essential for the successful candidate
