Group Accounts Assistant

The Group Accounts Assistant (GAA) is responsible for managing the invoicing life cycle, including the generation of client invoices.  The GAA will be the main point of contact for clients in regard to billing queries and will liaise directly with our Lawyers on portfolio management. In addition the GAA will respond to billing queries and ensure that all correspondence is filed electronically. 


  • Candidates must possess a High School Diploma and have at least 5 years' work experience in a similar environment, with previous experience in using a commonly used e-billing system.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential with the ability to build effective working relationships within the business. 
  • Effective organisational and time management skills are necessary in order to handle a large and varied workload, as well as experience in working to deadline.
  • An emphasis on attention to detail and accuracy are required to successfully fulfil this role.
