Position: Finance Associate – Structured Finance

Who We Seek
Our Structured Finance team brings extensive experience, depth and a collegiate approach, providing the highest quality legal advice to our clients on structured transactions, ranging from commoditised deals to the largest and most complex matters. Our team advises on all types of international securitisation transactions and bespoke transaction structures including: Cash and synthetic CLOs, standalone and multi-issuer repackaging programmes, structured products using collateralised swaps & repos and trade finance securitisations

About the Role
The successful candidate will have exposure to some of the best offshore legal work in the market and will work as part of, and be supported by, a highly successful and collegiate team.
What You Bring
Applicants will have a first class academic background, admitted to practice in a recognised Commonwealth jurisdiction, at least 5 years' relevant post qualification experience with a minimum of 2 years working with CLO's ideally gained from a leading law firm in a major onshore or offshore jurisdiction.
