About the Role
The Corporate Administrator (CA) is responsible for a portfolio of companies, partnerships and trusts, including the incorporation and/or registration of entities. The CA drafts documents relating to entity administration including preparation of filings, consents, approvals, licences, validations or exemptions required by Law. In addition, the CA maintains physical and electronic minute books and completes all administration of companies, partnerships and trusts in line with policies, procedures and Cayman Islands Law. The CA completes all tasks within prescribed timeframes and develops effective working relationships with clients and colleagues.
What You Bring
Candidates should have 2+ years prior corporate administrative experience in a professional office environment. The successful candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, experience in balancing, prioritising and organising a heavy workload and work well under pressure to meet deadlines. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong attention to detail and professionalism are essential. Overtime at short notice and on weekends may be required.
