About the Role

The Fund Accountant Supervisor reports directly to the Vice President.  Primary responsibilities include supporting the Fiduciary Services business with the following:  

  • Responsible for the preparation and review of complex net asset valuations for a portfolio of hedge and private equity funds;
  • Involvement in all client related administrative functions and liaison with lawyers, investment managers, prime brokers and other transaction counterparties in various international jurisdictions;
  • Deliver high levels of client service, ensuring that each relationship is compliant with internal policies and procedures.


What You Bring

In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following: 

  • Will be a graduate with an excellent academic background and at least 5 years’ relevant experience in fund accounting
  • Key skills required for this role include a detailed understanding of investment securities and transactions, various investment fund structures and direct experience in working with private equity and real estate fund structures, 
  • Will be expected to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English and possess good time management, organizational and prioritization skills;
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have direct experience working with industry leading accounting software systems such as Advent Geneva and Investran Systems.
  • A professional accounting designation is preferred
