Jan Hendrik has oversight of and is responsible for driving the growth of the Maples Group’s fiduciary services business in the Netherlands. He has worked in the financial services industry for over 25 years and has a broad range of experience covering corporate banking, structured finance and fiduciary services. Jan Hendrik primarily specialises in private equity real estate strategies and in structured finance products and also has experience in implementing Dutch corporate governance practices. He has also served on the boards of various companies involving commercial real estate and renewable energy projects and brings deep experience in these sectors. Jan Hendrik takes a hands-on approach to providing practical solutions that meet the specific needs of clients.
AREAS OF EXPERTISE
Previously, Jan Hendrik was a director at Amicorp Group where his responsibilities included advising boards and family offices on corporate governance. Prior to that, he served as Global Head of Fortis Private Banking Credit Risk Management in Brussels. He has also held various management positions at Intertrust and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson in London.
