Derrick is a partner of the Maples and Calder's Corporate team in the Maples Group's Hong Kong office. His practice covers a broad range of corporate and finance matters involving Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands companies, with particular focus on initial public offerings in Hong Kong, US and Taiwan, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, pre-IPO financings, debt capital markets transactions, reorganisations and restructurings.
