OVERVIEW
Fiachra is an associate of Maples and Calder's Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group's Dublin office. He advises on the establishment, authorisation, regulation and operation of Irish regulated funds, including UCITS, AIFs and other specialised fund products. He also advises fund service providers including administrators, depositaries, AIFMs, UCITS management companies, investment managers, advisers and counterparties on a range of regulatory and ESG related matters. Fiachra volunteers with Just Ask, a children's charity affiliated with the Law Society that supports the continued education of children in inner city Dublin.
BACKGROUND
Fiachra joined the Maples Group as a paralegal in 2016 and as a trainee in 2019. Upon qualification in 2021, he joined the Funds & Investment Management team.
